After the working session, the company agreed and promised to implement a number of the workers’ requests on shift meal regime, overtime pay, several regimes of allowances, bonuses, contract signing, payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance, etc. in conformity with regulations.
Regarding pay rise for the packing section alone, the company’s management board promised to consider, report to the Board of Directors and give an answer next few months.
