Today, SHTP Microsoft Innovation Center (SMIC) was officially inaugurated at the Saigon Hi-tech Park (SHTP) in Ho Chi Minh City.
SMIC is known as the only Microsoft Innovation Centre in Vietnam, which is expected to be fully operational right after the opening. SMIC, the result of the cooperation between SHTP training and Microsoft Vietnam, marks an important milestone in the economic restructuring process of SHTP. SMIC is responsible for inspiring and encouraging the development of new creative ideas and value-added solutions based on Microsoft technology platforms.
Also, SMIC plays an important role in establishing the cooperate network between technology partners, government organisations, education and training, supporting technology innovation projects by researching and identifying main technology strategy and trend.
The opening of SMIC shows a close collaboration between Microsoft and SHTP which helps individuals and organisations to realise their potentials.
