In his newly-issued decision, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai approved the list of small-scale technical assistance project to develop rural infrastructure in 13 central provinces, including Quang Ngai province.
The non-refundable aid worth US$ 200,000 will be funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The main objective of small-scale technical assistance project is to better living conditions for rural residents in 13 central provinces by providing them with better access to markets, agricultural and social services such as healthcare, job generation, education and natural disaster mitigation.
