VietNamNet Bridge – At the opening ceremony of the spring flower festival of Sa Dec City, Dong Thap province on January 24, the Vietnam Record Book Center will recognize the national record: the largest fresh flower basket in Vietnam.
The flower basket is located in the Sa Dec Town Park with a height of 15.4 m and a diameter of 16.1 m. It is made from 3,150 baskets of flowers of all kinds, including 1,000 baskets of raspberry chrysanthemum on the surface.
To make the biggest flower basket of Vietnam, 50 artists of Sa Dec flower village worked continuously for one month.
This work is not only a national record but also a product to honor the ingenuity and creativity of the gardeners in the “capital” of flowers in the southwestern region.
