Photo: vtc.vn (VOVworld) -The seventh session of the Hanoi People’s Council officially opened on Monday. The 8-day session aims to evaluate Hanoi’s socio-economic performance and security in the first half of 2013, the Hanoi housing development project, and allowance provisions for part-time social workers in communes, districts, towns, villages and residential areas. Council will also discuss and decide issues related to the Capital Law. 18 individuals elected by the Council will be subjected to a vote of confidence in accordance with the National Assembly resolution and guidelines of the municipal People’s Committee of Hanoi. The results of the votes of confidence will be released as soon as voting process is completed.
