(VOV) -Dozens of foreign students are joining Vietnamese peers at a July 16-17 summer camp designed to develop their leadership potential and positively impact society’s future.

Run by AIESEC—the world’s largest student-run organisation—the summer camp is part of the “Vietnam Youth Icon” project involving students aged between 15 and 22. Many of the world’s countries are represented, including Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Republic of Korea.
Foreign participants will share their leadership experience with Vietnamese youth in the hopes of nurturing the next generation’s leaders for the international integration era.
AIESEC’s 86,000 student members can take advantage of 64 years of experience in cultivating young, globally minded, responsible leaders. In addition to providing over 24,000 leadership experiences and hosting more than 500 conferences, AIESEC also runs an exchange program enabling in excess of 20,000 students and recent graduates to live and work or volunteer overseas.
