On the foundations of Vietnamese people’s standards in the new revolutionary period as stated in the Resolution, the Party levels, governments, Father Fronts, political-social unions have always cared about the task of education, politics, ideology, revolutionary morality among the cadres, Party members and the peoples. The construction of human factors is always in connection with the movement of patriotic emulation movements, considering emulation one of the motivations to develop and perfect the human factors, simultaneously promoting the progress of industrialization, modernization of agriculture, rural areas. Particularly, in enhancing the studying and following of the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, there have been lots of outstanding progressive individuals, collectives in various sectors of social lives, with noble deeds, behaviors for the community, collectives, which have been highly appreciated and commended by all levels. As for the outstanding collective, the Division of epidemics controlling-HIV-AIDS (The district’s medical center) has consecutively introduced lots of scientific research works that are highly appreciated, with practical applications, receiving the Prime Minister’s Merit certificates and the provincial People’s Committee. As for the outstanding individual, Ms. Do Thi Trang, head of Long Hoa ham let farmers’ branch (An Dinh commune). Ms. Trang not only self studies, acquires experiences in making coracles but also becomes the pioneer in transferring the profession to the residents in the ham let, purchasing the products to introduce to the markets for consumption. The profession of making coracles brings about an annual income of 200 million dong to her family, also creating employment for the local labor force.
In constructing cultural families, ham lets, residential areas, offices, units, the most noteworthy feature is the awareness among the people’s levels has been improved. Thanks to this, more connection is created with the movement of the entire public protecting the Nation, constructing the rural area’s infrastructure, implementing the stipulations of foundations’ democratic, preserving the environment, landscape cleaner-greener-nicer, contributing to positively implementing the task of social-economic development, more and more developing the spiritual and material lives of the people. So far, the entire district has 90.7% of cultural families, 76.6% ham lets and residential areas; 72.1% of cultural offices.
According to the deputy secretary of Tuy An district’s Party committee, in the coming time, the entire district will continue renovating the leading styles by Party levels, to ensure the culture to be developed in the right direction; continuing to implement the Central Resolution 5 (term VIII) in connection with enhancing the studying and following the moral example of Hochiminh; propagating both intensively and extensively the Party’s resolutions, decisions on developing culture, investing in expenditure to renovate, restore and construct the cultural foundations, the historical relics and scenic spots of the district. Simultaneously attracting the economic classes to invest, exploit for attracting tourists; enhancing the task of checking and seriously treating the illegally cultural and service activities. In parallel with that is to effectively prevent the social evils, creating conditions for all the people to enjoy, join in creative cultural activities.
