BTO – In line with the planning on newly-developed North Xuan An residential area (Phan Thiet city), the contractor HANGAN Group (hereafter called ‘the company’) has sped up the construction of concrete bridge across Bau channel, linking East Xuan An and North Xuan An residential areas since Feb 2013. The perpetual concrete bridge is 60 meters long, 16 meters wide at the total cost of VND 27 billion and 12 months in length. Since the commencement date, the company has taken full advantages of dry season to hurry the construction up. As a result, a valuable quantity of VND 15 billion was reached in the early days of August 2013.
Bridge piers are in progress
Although the investor has so far disbursed only VND 5.6 billion for the construction, the company has managed to maintain the progress by many remedies such as applying for prepayment loan, using the company’s capital source. As scheduled, the girders will be installed in late September 2013 and the work will be completed in Feb 2014.
