HA NOI (VNS)— As of yesterday, the municipal Department of Justice has become the first agency to send results of administrative procedures, via the express mail service (EMS), to city residents.
The service will be provided by the Ha Noi Post under a co-operation agreement signed between the department and the company yesterday.
Deputy director of the department Pham Xuan Phuong said the service would help save time and traveling costs of those who visit the agency to conduct judicial administration procedures, especially those living in outer districts and communes.
Phuong also added that over the past three days, 10 per cent of people had subscribed to the pilot service. The agency has already begun compiling feedback from respondents using the service. — VNS
