(VEN) – The Ministry of Finance (MOF) recently announced three new customs procedures relating to the national one-door customs mechanism, including declaration, receipt, exchanges and feedbacks of information on the national one-door customs portal; signing in user’s accounts on the national one-door customs portal and using digital signatures to implement one-door customs administrative procedures.
According to MOF, organizations and individuals when performing the above three customs procedures don’t have to pay fees. It is reported that the pilot national one door customs mechanism is implemented in the MOF, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Transportation. These ministries are stepping up preparations to connect each of their IT systems to the national one-door customs portal. They are customs clearance and e-Manifest of the General Department of Customs (MOF), the MOIT’s eCOSys system and portal on shipping procedures of the Vietnam Maritime Administration (the Ministry of Transportation)./.
