PANO – The Hanoi Tourism Support Centre officially started operating on August 1st at 47 Hang Dau street in order to provide tourists with necessary and reliable information and counselling on culture, history, transport, places of entertainment and famous tourism destinations within Hanoi, as well as deal with their complaints through hotline phone numbers, e-mail and Facebook.
(photo: VGP) Besides, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hanoi will work with the police of Hoan Kiem district to maintain public order and do away with bad behaviours towards tourists to clean up the tourist environment in the capital city.
