Mr. Ho Van Tien, Director of Phu Yen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just presided a meeting to discuss deploying the Eighth Festival for Culture-Sports-Tourism of Phu Yen provincial ethnic compatriots in 2013.

Accordingly, the Festival will take place from August 17th to August 19th at Le Trung Kien competition house and Phu Yen Museum (Tuy Hoa city), with the participation of nearly 300 actors, artists, amateur athletes from 9 districts, town and city. In sports content, athletes will compete in 5 subjects, including: pushing sticks, walking on stilts, crossbow, tug, slow bike. In the cultural activities, the participants will compete and perform ethnic art in combination with traditional costumes; show gongs; culinary culture, perform traditional craftsmanship.
