A source from Quang Ngai provincial people’s committee (PPC) said, a new tariff of natural resources in the province has been issued.
Accordingly, the types of resources are metallic minerals; non-metallic minerals (soil, sand, grit, gravel, coal, building stone, granite, basalt); natural forest products; and natural water.
It is also released that if the price of natural resource fluctuates by 20% over the price specified in the price list, the Department of Finance will cooperate with Department of Tax, Department of Natural Resources and Environment to advise the PPC to adjust as well as supplement the prices.
The tax rates are effective from August 26, 2003 and to replace Decision No. 22/2010/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2010 issued by PPC.
