(VOV) – The U19 Vietnam football team is scheduled to have friendly matches in August with guest teams from the Arsenal JMG Football Academy, Laos and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
They include two matches with the Belgium squad and one match with a coalition team of Egypt and Ghana in Gia Lai province from August 17-19.
French coach Grachen Guillaume is also arranging for his team to play two more friendlies with U19 Laos on August 17 and U19 United Arab Emirates (UAE) on August 26.
Before joining the 2013 U19 Southeast Asian Football Championship from September 9-22, the U19 Vietnam training board will have 20 players short-listed for professional training.
