PANO – The 10th Whole-army Television Festival will open on September 15th at the Cultural House of Military Zone 5 in Da Nang City.
The festival was introduced to the press on September 13th
According to Colonel Nguyen Hoai Nam, Director of the Military Broadcasting Centre and head of the organizing panel, the festival has attracted nearly 200 documentaries, reports, science-defence education reports and some 100 programs on “Whole-people defence” and “For national sovereignty and security at borders”, an increase of 20 films and programs over the 9th festival.
This is the second time the Command of Military Zone 5 hosts this biennial festival.
Expected to welcome more than 300 delegates, the event is a good chance for military television teams to learn from each other. Best works will be selected to compete at the coming National Television Festival.
Awarded films and programs are scheduled to be projected soon for troops.
