— Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and his Estonian counterpart Urmas Paet have closed an agreement on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic passports when they met in New York last Friday.


— Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has successfully conducted his tour to the US to attend the 68th session of the United Nations General Assembly, as well as his official visit to France, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh told reporters on Sunday, when the PM arrived in Hanoi after the trip.
