Azotobacter bacteria is capable of nitrogen fixation, generates more biologically active substances such as indole acetic acid, vitaminh B1, B6, biotin, … auxin which stimulates the growth of crops. Seeds polyter is moisturizing products applied to plants, are composed by a series of polymers (acrylic) and certain accessories. When in contact with water, particles can polyter swell hundreds of times, forming wrap containing hydrophilic membrane permeability, fertilizers, and biological products.
In this study, conducted experiments on semi-solid fermented medium_ polyter be obtained Azotobacter biomass to test biopolyter – Azotobacter which have some beneficial biological properties for plants.
Azotobacter strains were used to conduct the fermentation in semi-solid environment to be polyter price. The result has been two strains of Azotobacter chosen A2 and A3 both county high school students, both conditions of growth and development appropriate to the conditions of production and application of microbial fertilizers in Vietnam. Semi-solid fermentation method on seed prices Azotobacter polyter biomass collection, biopolyter – Azotobacter have more advantages than the traditional method of fermentation for simplicity submerged fermentation, biomass collection efficiency increased from 3.2 to 4.3 times. The density of Azotobacter reached 3,80.109 CFU / g.
