A delegation from the Supreme People’s Court has made a working visit to Germany to learn from its judicial system.
During the five-day visit from September 16-20, the delegation took part in a range of meetings with agencies, including the Federal Court of Justice, the Federal Ministry of Justice and the Berlin Borough Municipal Court.
Cooperation opportunities were discussed and the German bodies shared their experiences in court organisation and the reconciliation of civil cases.
During the visit, the delegation, led by Chief Judge Truong Hoa Binh, called on the Vietnamese Embassy in Berlin.
Chief Judge Binh briefed representatives from the Vietnamese community in Germany on the outcomes of the visit. He took note of the embassy’s reports on the development of the Vietnam-Germany relations and issues relating to the Vietnamese community in the European country.
