Energy and Agricultural Machinery center under Agriculture and Forestry University of Ho Chi Minh City designed and produced a reversible coffee drying oven successfully.
The kiln was designed with productivity and equivalent quality compared to the conventional static drying ovens. Special features of the reversible drying oven is the ultimate humidity difference of lower products; easy operation, it does not rake coffee in the drying process. Therefore, it reduces the cost of drying, small and tidy structure, and the surface area for installing stoves.
Besides the use of coffee drying, reversible drying kiln can dry many different products (especially the sticky materials, hardly scratching such as shrimp, fish, squid, groundnuts, cassava, etc).
