That is the direction of Mr. Le Quang Thich, Vice Chairman of PPC at a meeting with the education and training sector in the afternoon of 1st October on the implementation of the basic construction investment projects.
As reported by the provincial Department of Education and Training, from 2010 to now, 60 works have been invested by many different financial sources. Most of them promote the efficiency when putting into use. The maintenance of works aims at reducing being downgraded. However, the implementation of the said projects still meets some difficulties, such as allocation, adjustment and lacking of capital.
Addressing the meeting, Mr. Thich asked DET to coordinate with Departments of Finance, Planning and Investment, DPCs and other relevant departments to urgently resolve the problems related to these projects. He emphasized, in the future, the education and training sector should focus on investing in projects of preschool education development, ensuring to universalize the preschool education under the plan and target issued by provincial government.
