PANO – 20 border troops of Phu Yen province, on November 18th, teamed up with local fishermen to successfully rescue a capsized fishing boat, PY-92691, with 47-year-old Vo Doc at the helm, in District 6, Tuy Hoa City.
Earlier on the same day, after an engine failure, the fishing boat was turned over by waves 500m off the coast. Fortunately, all crew members on board were able to swim ashore safely.
