The ceremony in commemoration of traffic fatalities this year will be held on 17 November 2013 at Hai Duong College, according to the Hai Duong provincial Traffic Safety Board (TSB).
The provincial TSB has required TSBs of districts, provincial town, and city from now to 17 November
- to coordinate with enterprises and benefactors to visit and encourage families of traffic accident victims, especially policy, lonely families, victims and their families in difficult circumstances, victims objectively meeting with traffic accidents;
- to enhance propagation and wide dissemination of the purpose and meaning of the commemoration event for traffic fatalities, traumas, losses and addresses in need of help and share of the entire society;
- to give warning of risks, causes, and serious consequences of traffic accidents for the whole society to raise awareness of observing traffic order and safety and traffic culture.
