The provincial People’s Committee has decided to rename and define the functions and duties of the Hai Duong – Montreuil Cooperation Center.
The Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee on 4 November decided to rename and define the functions and duties of the Hai Duong – Montreuil Cooperation Center.
Accordingly, the Hai Duong – Montreuil Cooperation Center is now called the Friendly Cooperation Center.
This is a public career unit directly under the provincial Union of Friendship Organizations.
The center functions as a focal point for implementing friendly cooperative programs and projects between Hai Duong province and foreign localities, campaigning for foreign non-governmental aid, and performing services related to people-to-people relations as prescribed by law.
