A group of 10 American donors have raised a total of US$55,000 to donate to six non-governmental organisations in Vietnam following a recent philanthropy trip to the country.

During the 11-day trip hosted by the US-based 11Plus organisation, the group visited Cuu Long (Mekong) Delta, Hue and Hanoi, for both visiting and philanthropic purposes.
They met with local authorities and visited shelters for orphans, health clinics and training centres for children with disabilities.
