PANO – Bac Giang province on December 13th conducted defensive area exercise in 2013 in the presence of Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong, Military Zone 1′s Commander.

The exercise includes stages of moving armed forces to defence state, preparing for defensive combat and conducting defensive area combat. The participants practiced dispersing demonstrations and riots, rescuing hostages and victims and extinguishing fire.
General Truong said that this regular task aims to raise combat readiness ability and promote the combined strength of forces and whole people, making contributions to meeting the demand of mission of defending the nation in the new context and building strong defensive areas.
