HA NOI (VNS) — Software developer FPT (FPT) announced it earned more than VND24.9 trillion (US$1.17 billion), increasing 14 per cent year-on-year, and reaching 93 per cent of the year’s target.
Net profits reached nearly VND1.4 trillion ($66 million), up 2 per cent over the same period last year, and completing 82 per cent of the year’s plan. Earnings per share were VND5,049 ($0.23).
FPT said December was a favourable time for some of its main business operations, therefore the company would fulfill this year’s profit target. — VNS
