New recruits asked to promote their expertise

PANO – Colonel Le Van Loi, Deputy Commander of the Signal Arm, asked 330 new recruits of the 2nd recruitment drive in 2013 to further study, practice and improve their political stance and expertise to fulfil all assigned tasks.


The request was made on December 12th in a swearing-in ceremony held in Brigade 139 of Signal Arm for new recruits.

In 3-month training, new recruits to be enlisted in northern units of the arm were equipped with military skills meeting set requirements. They concluded their short training course with good results.


At the ceremony, Colonel Le Van Loi hailed the brigade for their achievements in training new recruits. He also asked its constituent units to receive new recruits, promptly stabilize their personnel organization and well prepare for training new staff.


As well, the Deputy Commander recommended the new recruits to bring into play the tradition of their home town and Heroic Signal Troops, contributing to firmly protecting the nation.
