Leaders perform the ground breaking ceremony to commence the construction of Chu Van An Junior High School
Chi Linh provincial town People’s Committee (Hai Duong province) in coordination with Thanh Tri district (Ha Noi) on February 10 commenced the construction of Chu Van An Junior High School in Loi Dong residential area, Cong Hoa ward.
The new Chu Van An Junior High School will cover a total area of over 29,000m2, including nearly 24,000m2 for use.
The project is divided into two phases. During the first one (from 2014 to 2015), the site clearance, ground leveling, and construction of a three-storey theory building with 24 classrooms, a two-storey subject building with eight classrooms, school headquarters, and other auxiliary facilities will be carried out.
The second phase (2016) includes the investment, construction, and completion of the remaining items.
Thanh Tri district pays half of the total investment of close to VND101 billion in the project, the rest is taken from the provincial town’s budget.
Chi Linh provincial town People’s Committee and Hai Duong Construction 3 JSC. are the investor and construction unit, respectively, of the work.
After the construction, Chu Van An Junior High School, a high quality key school, will be capable of providing a learning environment for about 1,100 students, contributing to creating breakthroughs and improving the education quality for Chi Linh provincial town.
The work will also represent the solidarity between the two localities of Chi Linh and Thanh Tri with the aim of educating historical traditions of a place associated with the career of celebrity, teacher Chu Van An.
