PANO – Many typical customs and rites will be recaptured at a festival to be opened at the Temple commemorating national legendary ancestor Lac Long Quan in Binh Minh commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi, on April 3rd, announced the district’s People’s Committee in a recent press conference.

During the three-day festival, there will take place an offering sacrifices rite, a procession of a horse and other cultural activities, such as folk art performances, calligraphy display and other folk games.
