More than 90 billion VND is transferred from the central budget to the provinces’ (including Quang Nam) for paying allowances to public healthcare staffs in 2013
Pursuant to the Decision No.73 of the Government, the Ministry of Finance gave an additional amount of VND 90.15 billion to the provinces of Lang Son, Lao Cai, Bac Kan, Quang Tri, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Kon Tum for paying additional allowances in 2013. Quang Nam province received over VND 20.08 billion of this sum.
This funding was calculated by the Ministry of Finance to pay civil servants, employees, workers at public health facilities of those provincesas overtime-working and surgery allowances.Provinces are proposed, by the Ministry of Finance, to spend this budget for the right purposes and report to the Ministry as an basic input for further support in the future.
