PANO – Senior Lieutenant General Ngo Xuan Lich, Director of the General Department of Politics, on March 17th praised the Quang Ninh provincial Command for its achievements in carrying out political tasks during his visit to the unit.

Last year, it well implemented assigned missions, especially in fulfilling the first enlistment drive of 2014, multiplying good examples and joining hands to build rural areas.
General Lich urged the command to thoroughly grasp all situations and work with local authorities to fight against cross-border crime and smuggling to contribute to maintaining the order and developing the socio-economy.
