PANO – The Border Guard Training School 24 under the Border Guard High Command is the only centre in the whole army to train police dog trainers and police dogs.
Over the past years, the unit has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the resolutions and instructions of higher levels, especially in maintaining combat readiness, protecting the borderline, joining search and rescue missions, fighting armed drug traffickers, and participating in local defensive area exercises in the provinces of Quang Tri, Dien Bien and Lai Chau.
In the coming time, it plans to continue fulfilling its education and training tasks, promoting political and ideological education for troops, improving teaching and training methods, and attaching more importance to personnel work.
