A meeting for enterprise privatization on March 28 revealed that nine out of 10 companies under the Ministry of Transportation were successful in selling shares.
TEDI sold its shares at VND 21,848 per share. Other enterprises sold theirs at VND 10,000 per share. Cienco 8 is expected to complete the registration in April 2014 and will reach IPO.
This is a good sign because it proves that there is much competency in transportation enterprises, said Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang.
IPO companies need to re-organize shareholders’ meeting and planning to LSCK. He requires companies to solve policy issues for laborers.
