By 2015, 5,371 enterprises are planned to be granted business certifications in the central province of Quang Ngai with a total registered capital of over 40 trillion VND (over US $ 1.9 billion), according to the five-year socio-economic plan in province.
Of which, there will be 1,390 private enterprises, 530 joint stock companies, 1,733 one member limited companies, and 1,718 limited companies with two members.
It is reported that during the three-year period (2011-2013) 1,554 enterprises have been licensed with a total registered capital of over 6 trillion VND (over US $ 285.7 million).
However, due to difficult economy situation in the country and global as well, 239 enterprises dissolved, 83 representative offices stopped operation, and over 100 enterprises informed to close temporarily.
