The concert, which will take place at 7:45 p.m. on April 8 before the band travels to the Hue Festival 2014, is expected to be filled with emotion and engagement by the band’s fun, dynamic, entertaining and rule-breaking style.
As one of the finalists in Australia’s Got Talent in 2011, DeepBlue combines the traditional string section of the orchestra with digital and electronic music, thus creating a rich mix of classical, pop and film music with magnificent sound, lighting, images and stories.
They remix Aussie classics in modern style and there is no conductor and no music stands for the performers to hide behind so the orchestra just performs and allows the audience to get a more intimate sense of the music in the interaction with the visual and theatrical elements.
Free tickets are available at the Australian Embassy at 8 Dao Tan Street in Hanoi from April 3.
