On 21 April 2014, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao gave a reception to the Mission of Poitou- Charentes Regional Council led by Mr. Yves Debien, Deputy President of Poitou- Charentes Regional Council. Related departments and sectors attended the meeting.
At the reception, the two parties appreciated the relationship, cooperation of tourism between Thua Thien Hue and Poitou- Charentes region; especially, Poitou- Charentes has had much effective cooperation with Thua Thien Hue in holding Hue Festival.
The two parties shared information about the project of tourism cooperation between Thua Thien Hue and Poitou- Charentes region. Mr. Yves Debien appreciated the first period of the project with attained objectives. He informed that Poitou- Charentes would continue to attend Hue Festival 2016.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao expressed his gladness and appreciated meaningful activities of Poitou- Charentes region for the past period and he also wanted to extend his thanks to President of Poitou- Charentes region.
