In the morning February 9th, at Ho Mat Son Square, Chi Linh town, Hai Duong province, the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in collaboration with Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee held the launching event for tree planting of Lunar New Year 2014.
Representatives of Vietnam Environment Administration, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment attended the tree planting ceremony including: Mr. Nguyen The Dong – Deputy Director General of Vietnam Environment Administration and Mr. Le Ngoc Hung – Secretary of Vietnam Environment Administration’s Youth Union.
After the ceremony, the representatives Vietnam Environment Administration and the participants planted 83 of Sao trees (Hopeaodorata) with the purpose of celebrating the 83rd anniversary of the establishment of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union as well as planted 300 of trees at Ho Mat Son.
