(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Post Corporation on Sunday named winners of a contest about the Dien Bien Phu victory through postage stamps. 47 out of 3.2 million entries were awarded including 1 special prize and 2 first prizes.
According to chief judge Professor Doctor Le Van Lan, entries were elaborately presented with high-quality answers and beautiful stamp designs, showing the contestants’ patriotism and profound understanding of the Dien Bien Phu victory. The contest was expected to nurture their pride of Vietnam and encourage them to become good citizens.
