Chairman of the PPC has just signed a decision to support the implementation of policies to encourage operations of fishing exploitation, aquatic production and other marine services offshore with a total budget of over 39 billion VND sourced from the additional national budget fund.
Accordingly, as included in Decision signed by the Chairman, 38.6 billion VND was used to support fuel for fishing vessels; the remaining fund was allocated to buy insurance for employees on board, boat body and HF machines as well.
DARD and DPCs were asked to be responsible for the accuracy of data, supporting documents, monitoring and speeding up the implementation of this policy for fishermen, ensuring the right regulations as regulated.
