Army units care for community

PANO – Military Medical Hospital 105 under the General Department of Logistics and Viettel’s branch in Ha Nam province on August 11th started a health care drive for policy beneficiaries in the province’s Duy Tien district.



During the week-long drive, the hospital will provide free health checkups, medicines and consultancy for 1,200 locals. The local medical stations will receive medical equipment, while 23 gifts will be presented to typical policy families.


The same day, 14 health personnel from the Engineering Arm began checking health and giving medicines for free to more than 700 policy beneficiaries, poor people and ethnic minority people in Bac Binh and Quang Son communes in Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province.


On the occasion, the Arm and Viettel’s branch in Vinh Phuc province and Lap Thach district’s military command presented 20 gifts to needy policy families and medical equipment to the two communes’ medical stations.


Earlier, health personnel from the Binh Thuan Provincial Military Command offered health checkups and medicines to more than 500 locals in Phu Quy island district. The command also gave 60 gifts to policy beneficiaries, students keen on study, and the elderly in need, and medical equipment to 3 communes of the district.


Moreover, the delegation had an artistic exchange with and popularized hygienic practice among locals.


Those activities are in response to the program “The army joins hands for community’s health“.
