PANO – The Hanoi’s National Defence and Security Education Council kicked off a training course on national defence and security knowledge for more than 100 leaders of districts, departments, businesses, organizations and schools in the city, on August 12th.
The participants will be provided with the fundamentals of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, people’s war, skills to identify and foil hostile forces’ schemes to abuse religion to oppose the Party and Government, basic issues on fighting against the crimes, and building defensive areas.
