At Tuesday’s reception in Hanoi for a delegation of outstanding ethnic students from Lao Cai province, Doan encouraged them to work harder to become useful citizens in the future.

The 20 outstanding ethnic pupils come from 9 districts, cities, and the social welfare center of Lao Cai. Despite their difficulties in life, they have strived for excellent achievements in their studies.
