(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung held a meeting with the relevant ministries and sectors in Hanoi on Tuesday to discuss revisions to the Investment Law and the Enterprise Law.
He said that according to the Constitution and regulations on people’s right to business freedom, the restriction of people’s rights must be clearly determined by law. This requirement is important to ensure that people and enterprises practice their right to invest or do business in those areas not prohibited by law. The Prime Minister asked the relevant ministries and sectors to review those investment and business sectors where restrictions remain in order to work out the appropriate solutions.
