In the morning of 19th Sept., Mr. Tran Ngoc Cang, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee cum People Council Chairman worked with Tay Tra mountainous district Party Committee (DPC) on the implementation of the tasks in the first 9 months of 2014 and preparation for Tay Tra district Party Congress.
As reported, in the January-September period, the production value in the district reached 154 billion VND, the total revenue gained over 155 billion VND, reaching 110% of the planned estimate.
The district constructed 88 new houses for social policy beneficiaries. DPC Secretary implemented 6 direct dialogues to local people in order to promptly resolve relevant issues.
Besides, Tay Tra DPC has drafted a preparation plan of the district Party Congress, tenure 2015-2020.
At the meeting, Tay Tra DPC requested the provincial Government to accelerate Nuoc Trong Reservoir project, construct Eo Chim route in Tra Nham commune and upgrade school facilities in the district.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Cang asked Tay Tra DPC to identify detailed plants and animals in conformity with local socio-economic development; to continue dialogues with local people to promptly resolve problems arising; to handle strictly illegal gold exploitation and prepare carefully contents related to the district Party Congress, tenure 2015-2020.
