He urged the school to consider the implementation of the 2013 Constitution a priority and law students will become professional staff in both political and legal practices: “I wish teachers staff of Hanoi Law University to sharpen their skills and knowledge to contribute more to the training of legal staff. The lecturers must set a standard for students and nurture the aspiration for justice among them.”
