PANO – A working session was held to carry out preparations for a scientific seminar marking the 100th birth anniversary of late General Le Trong Tan, former Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army on September 18th.

Under the chair of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Cung, Deputy Minister of National Defence cum Head of the seminar’s Steering Board, representatives from the Vietnam Military History Institute, the Hanoi Capital Command and relevant units of the ministry briefed on their progress of the preparations.
He asked them to raise their responsibilities for effectively fulfilling assigned tasks, contributing to making the event successful, and highlighting the General’s contributions to the development of the national revolutionary cause.
As scheduled, the seminar will take place at the meeting hall of the General Department of Logistics at No.5 Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, Hanoi, on September 23rd.
