VGP – The PM has ratified a plan on developing of information and communication system at border, sea and island areas through 2020.
Under the plan, the Government will develop fixed and mobile telephony, provide digital telecom and television services to border communes, island districts, and waters with the radius of 100km from the coast, and improve broadcasting services for fishermen.
By 2020 , broadcasting system and public station for postal services will be built in all border and island communes./.
