In the second half, the Vietnamese team applied defensive tactics, but they didn’t succeed in protecting their net as the stronger Korean team put the game away with their third unanswered goal in the 66th minute.

In another Group C match Australia routed Hong Kong (China) 10-0, placing them in first place in Group C, followed by the RoK.

Australia and the RoK will face off in the final round of competition, while Vietnam will play Hong Kong (China). The final round of play is set to take place at Hang Tuah Stadium in Melaka City, Malaysia on October 8.
