Alipay, the payments affiliate of Alibaba Group, is pushing further into the U.S. market today, with a new payments service called E-Pass. This new service will let Chinese shoppers buy products directly on U.S. retail websites like Macy’s, and then manage payments and door-to-door shipping logistics. AliPay already works with some U.S. merchants like Airbnb and Uber. Bloomberg West anchor Emily Chang sat down with AliPay’s U.S. President Jingming Li.
