24 TV channels to be broadcast for Vietnamese in abroad

The Prime Minister has approved the project to provide television and internet services for those living abroad.


The project worth more than VND411.6 billion in the period 2015-2020 aims to supply television services through internet, expanding regions and improving the quality.


It can serve over 200,000 users a day; therefore, it should ensure to get a couple of hundred hits a day.


In addition, the project must ensure at least ten television channels and four radio channels to serve Vietnamese people who are living in foreign countries.



In the period 2015-2017, it plans to supply 10 television channels and four radio channels and for the period 2018-2020, there will be 20 television channels and four radio channels.
